At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it. It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about. "John(Don?) was very courteous when he promptly replied to my question which I had asked online. The price quoted was $55 for a service which would be waived if I had the microwave repaired but would cost $75 plus parts which I felt it would be to my benefit to purchase a new microwave. Called John back offered him the machine to repair and give it to some family who could use it. I have the manual and the sales receipt and would still offer the microwave free to repair and pass it on. If this is acceptable, please contact me by my email address."
