"I had an emergency hot water tank issue that ultimately required a new hot water tank. Capital Region immediately responded to my request for help and came to my home in 15 minutes. Not only were they prompt but extremely courteous and were able to drain the old tank and provide a new A O Smith hot water tank in less than two hours at a very reasonable price. "Everyone else I had on-site to assess my situation merely wanted to sell me a new water filtration system….
