"Murphy's Law said that as soon as I stacked the boxes of my wife's old but favorite art books, something would happen. I even asked her if we ever had more than a standing inch of water in the basement. That night, a discovered a growing puddle around the water heater, that was running down the side of the tank from a pool at the top. I called a local plumber who we had used before (and even texted photos of the water heater to them), but after two days of no call back even though I left a second message, I called Green Air Solutions. Jeff called me back immediately, and despite that it was dinner time, and I told him it wasn't a dire emergency), he was over at my house within a half hour. What I liked best was that he took time to figure out the problem and explain it to me. The previous owners had put in two water heaters (I assumed to fill the large jacuzzi upstairs), but only one was being used.
