"it started off they came late from time indicated on my contract . removed exterior door . installed new door , thats when all the crap started . they placed the door with side light in the opening . before they secured the door they opened the door ,which causes the frame to reck. thats when they started to tell me the door has a manufacturer issue , and they are doing there best . they messed up and are blaming the maker. they worked on it and got it close still not the way it is supposed to be clean up and off they go now the send me an invoice $150.00 more than the quote , i question it and they tell me they had to use a couple cans of foam 1/2 a tube of silicon. that doesnt justify 150 dollars. then they say they worked 6 hrs insted of 5hrs set forth by the contract. one problem they started late and left well before the aloted 5 hrs . all that said nice guys . thats about it . now i have to hire a real professional to take the door out reset it in the frame and reinstall it. "

He came to my house, measured the job I wanted to have done and the amount of carpet he said to order was much less than the first recommendation. I needed someone to make area rugs out of rolled carpet and a runner installed on stairs. Josh was extremely helpful and efficient in planning and scheduling my job. The installers were excellent, friendly and polite and went above and beyond to ensure I was very happy with the job. They were very meticulous in laying the area rugs and cleaning up any fibers and debris left behind when they were done. I will definitely be using and recommending Advanced Flooring N.Y., LLC in the future."

"We recently hired this company for a home remodeling project, and while the finished work was okay, the overall experience was disappointing. One of the most frustrating issues was that they cut shower panels directly on top of our brand-new laminate flooring, damaging several tiles. Although they later replaced the damaged sections using our spare materials, they did not offer to reimburse us for those materials. The biggest issue, however, was their unprofessional conduct around payment. At no point were we informed that payment would be required immediately upon completion or that failure to pay on the spot would result in them threatening to rip out the completed work. My partner, who was the only one home during the job, let them know he had to leave for class. While he was in his lecture, they repeatedly called and messaged him saying that the job was done—but unless they recieved payment within 15 minutes of texting him, they would tear everything out. We've worked with many contractors throughout our remodel, and none have behaved this way. Most are comfortable finishing the job and billing us afterward. This kind of pressure and lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this company to others."
