The salesperson in the store that we worked with (Laura) was great, but when the installers were ready to finish up, they called us to come by the house they were working in and complete the paperwork. One of the two installers immediately started complaining about the radiators in the three rooms (which if he looked at the plan grid, the radiators were clearly shown) saying that they should have been covered, but it was "too late to stop the job". The overall workmanship was and still is not what we expected from a professional and the same installer (Tom) said "it's adequate for a rental property". Um HELLO TOM, this house is NOT a rental property! I will NOT have these people back for future work.

The installer was excellent at handling both the carpet and tile. He needed to order extra under-layment to adjust height of floor and the company delivered it promptly.

The original estimator and sales person were excellent and knowledgeable in explaining about the different types of hardwood and installation methods and challenges. But the scheduling of installation was delayed by more than 2 weeks at the last minute and they were not very flexible with rescheduling and the whole delivery and scheduling process was a bit inefficient and a little less customer friendly compared to the other departments. But the installation personnel at the end did a good job installing the hardwood floors and cleaning up after and completed the work within the time period they proposed. The $500 off Angies List coupon and the 0% interest payment terms were the key reasons that kept me motivated to stay with them during all the delays, even though it costed me some extra money with other items and services with my new home and delayed my move in by more than 2 weeks.

What a difference! Carpet color now gives the room some depth.

It went very well. Tony the sales rep was very courteous and professional. I had great interactions with Mike the head of delivery and installation. He helped explain the process of what was going to happen with the laying of the new floor and what we needed to do to remove and prep the old floor. Last but not least we had Larry the installer. He is a great guy, who was very professional, kept everything clean and did a great job.We are very satisfied with the experience and we love the new floor.
