After what seemed like forever, our new flooring was finally installed by a very professional team, Dan and Taylor, who did a terrific job! They immediately recognized a problem with our old flooring that would not allow the installation to begin. After a brief consult, it was determined that they would be able to correct the situation, so work began immediately. Dan and Taylor were professional, fast, friendly, and they knew what they were doing, from start to finish! I also want to thank Rocco and Ryan from the sales office. They were highly knowledgeable and professional in their demeanor. We appreciate their patience, as well as their experience in the business. It was very helpful in our decision-making process. We are very pleased with the final results.

We recently had new carpets installed in our home and they came out beautifully! I was beyond impressed with Don and his team. When we ran into a black mold issue, Don was quick to recommend who to reach out to for help and what would be in our best interest. He was professional and friendly and really helped to ease our minds at such a stressful time. Had luxury vinyl flooring installed by Carpet One's team pf Dan, Taylor and Mike. They were professional, courteous and completed the job quickly but with care and cleaned up after themselves. Floors look great !

Ok. Installers did good job. Pretty pricey. Salesman was rude. We made specific appointment to seal deal and he ignored us because some random woman came in a minute before us, that the other sales girl could have handled, but he made us wait longer than 10 minutes. Even the other sales girl was reminding him we had an appointment. If i go back, because i have a whole upstairs to do, i will not have him for salesman. He got transitions all wrong. Dont think he knows his product. Installer took initiative and got it fixed. Project was finished in half the time quoted, but didnt recieve refund for labor not used.

I was generally pleased with the service we received from Carpet One. The carpet that we had installed is appealing. The installing team had to come back a couple of days after the initial install because, right after they left the first time, I realized that the carpet on the last stair (where the surface transitions to a tile floor), had not been tucked in. It caused me some anxiety to have to call the company and point out the problem, but the representative I worked with requested a picture or two of the issue and apparently those photos helped her to ***** the problem. She was apologetic and helpful, and, again, the team did come back to fix the issue.
