"When I placed a request for the installation of two outlets on Angie's list, Steve got in touch right away but wasn't overly pushy either [which happens sometimes]. Between the three weeks I first spoke with him and the job, he was professional, informative, and responded to texts quickly and I knew exactly what to expect on-site as well as the cost. He sent pictures and cost of a similar job to help explain the work and the estimate. Steve identified some other issues with my electrical panel and made some small fixes--without increasing the cost of the job--and made some recommendations for me to consider in the future. He was courteous, professional, and seemed to care about the work and about communicating what he was doing and why. I would definitely turn to him first for my next job."

"I would highly recommend Santella for residential electrical work. I requested quotes from multiple companies for a wide range of work, including bringing existing wiring to code, repairing issues, installing new outlets, junction boxes and external lighting and video. They were excellent with communication and follow-up, transparent in pricing and risks/assumptions, were available more quickly than others, and offered competitive pricing. On the job they were fast and efficient, professional, didn’t try to up sell, did high quality work, and cleaned up. I will be using them again for all future work."

"Paul was very professional, responsible, and the work was very clean. Everything was done by the book. I would hire him again."

"Installed new boiler, indirect hot water heater, and rebuilt our well water system adding conditioning and softening. We have acidic well water that has been a problem. Now, everything has been corrected and works great. The new boiler is smaller and quieter. Very professional and completely trustworthy."

"5++++Rj Mazzucca is amazing. Awesome salesman, awesome craftsmanship, went above and beyond. Was happy how quickly someone got out here to look at. Within hours of me calling and by the next day installed. I know I could have got a cheaper price, but was afraid it would not have been done in a timely manner. This is a 1979 mobile home and everything is old and turns into a project when replacing things. Rj did an excellent job."

"Customer service was excellent. Received a call same day and pro was there to do the job same day. Friendly, fast and efficient. Will hire again."

"I had the pleasure of working with Claurence, the owner of Arc Services, to install a home charging station for my 2024 Acura ZDX, and I could not be more impressed with his work. From the very beginning, Claurence was extremely communicative, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which gave me confidence in the process. What stood out most was his problem-solving ability. The charger required running electrical lines farther than usual, and Claurence came up with a creative and efficient solution that worked perfectly. He completed the entire project in just a few hours, and the quality of his work was excellent. Beyond his technical expertise, Claurence is humble, knowledgeable, and a true professional. His pricing was competitive, and the value of his service far exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend Arc Services to anyone in need of electrical work. I will also be reaching out to him again."

"They are very professional and knowledgeable I am very impressed with their work I would recommend them to anyone who needs them I am still smiling with how well it looks and they answered all of my questions while they were working Thank you so much for their service"
