"I first contacted Mercawood electric to get a quote to have a hook up installed for my portable generator, to run my home in a power outage. Jeremy came buy went over the job offered me options and explained them very clearly. After deciding what hook up was best for me, a got a call from the office about 30 minutes or so later and set up an appointment for the work. They gave me a date and time, they showed up rite on time and were very professional and friendly. As Jeremy and his crew were doing the install, they answered any question I had and explained everything. After they were done Jeremy went over how to hook up the generator when I need to use it.
