Exceptional service! They came out on a Saturday with relatively short notice, identified the problem and fixed it in relatively short order and for a reasonable price. Will definitely use Snyder for any other appliance needs!

After another company failed to resolve the problem after three visits (with charges), Peter quickly diagnosed the problem (correctly), and fixed it. Unlike the other company that required scheduling weeks in advance with an indefinite arrival time, Snyder fit us in ahead of the scheduled time, within a couple of days, and spent the time it took to correctly locate the problem.I would definitely call them first in the future, for my gas stove or for any other appliance. Their honesty, competency, and good service would also highly recommend them to me for purchasing a new appliance.

I am quite sure the problem is fixed. He removed the ice build-up, made changes to the drain system and showed me how to check to see if problems were reoccurring.
When I called I noted to the receptionist that I was temporarily disabled and VERY dependent on my freezer. She made sure I had service on the same day I called. Many thanks to H L Snyder!!

From the time I first called them to the time the work was completed, I was very pleased with this family run company. We had tight timelines since we were getting ready to put the house on the market. Rick was very understanding of our timeline and budget.
