"As a staircase runner, the job was fairly straightforward. Only disconnect was between their (automated) morning-of-install phone call - which promised AM installation and actual arrival at 3 PM. Issues with edge binding machine slowed progress but they got it done and it looks great."

"Great initial meeting with large selection of materials and clear explanation of the process. Detailed quote with breakdown of the costs arrived quickly. After ordering the vinyl flooring, I think the office could have been a little more proactive about notifying me when the vinyl came in and when it would be installed. I only had a day's notice of when they were coming. Installation was great, very professional and neat. They moved the furniture and put everything back when they were done. "It went excellent! Hi Tech Construction Co gave me a detail estimate of the job. And compared to other estimates I received from several other companies, Hi Tech's was the most reasonably priced. Hi Tech also gave me a timeline of the job from beginning to finish and they were right on target. The crews showed up on time and carried out the job like experts - they surely looked like they knew what they were doing. I noticed that they were very concerned about the safety of our neighbors, anybody passing by, their crews, and us. They also cleaned everything right after they finished their job. I was really happy with the timeliness and the quality of their job. I will definitely strongly recommend Hi Tech. I do not think you can go wrong with them.
