"Anthony first came and updated about a dozen outlets and light switches. He also went up in the attic (which was not easy as the entrance is thru the ceiling in a closet) to see about installing a whole house fan. He researched it and called me back to tell me what he recommended and why. I purchased the fan and he installed it and it works great!! Wish I had done it years ago!! While he was in the attic, he noticed a problem with the central a/c (water pan was full and about to overflow indicating a drainage problem). He gave me the name of a good a/c person, who came over right away and fixed the problem. Anthony also replaced 2 ceiling fans, 5 outdoor lights, and a dozen outlets/switches. He advised me how some things were previously installed incorrectly, or were so old and damaged and he remedied the situations. He was very neat and clean in all the areas that he worked in. Anthony is very knowledgeable and experienced and was extremely professional, always called back, called if he was delayed, etc. I think his rates are reasonable but I did not comparison shop. I would definitely recommend him! "

"The two man team (3 hours) showed up on time as promised. First they told me that the labor didn't include the tools (eg blower etc) but when I told them I confirmed with the office person in advance this was included they brought their tools out. Don't know what the purpose of this move was. Overall the service was great, the two people they sent worked very hard (it was a hot day, very hot) and did a great job but I noticed towards the end of the job about 30 mins before they were already winding down as they also needed to cleanup. Overall very pleased with the price and the service and great people who serviced our landscape"
