My project was small enough that Woodford required no money down, they expected no payment whatsoever until the contract has been fulfilled to my satisfaction. The project took a month to complete. The Crew Chief, Bill, ably assisted by Matt and Don, did everything possible to prevent any misunderstandings and to have a 100% satisfied customer. This they more than achieved. Watching Don at the helm of the CAT in the tightest quarters imaginable was like watching a professional sports event and a modern dance all rolled into one. The swale he made is a graceful contour that suits the setting to perfection. Don is a true artist. So is Matt. After making 2 radii on the front sidewalk, Matt went on to make 3 more on the rear sidewalk. The sidewalk is not only functional, like the swale, it too is a thing of beauty. I am an extremely satisfied customer and recommend Woodford without reservation. They are a premier organization, the kind of company and people you wish everyone was."

"Hired them to figure out why my toilets were not flushing. I thought we may have had a clogged sewer drain from what was happening. When the service guy arrived he went into the basement saw that my downstairs pipe had pulled down from the underfloor. He proceeded to pull up my toilet to send the auger down through the drain. No clog was apparent. Had a new flange and wax ring to put the toilet back on but did not because of a pipe issue. Did not have the equipment in his van to fix this issue. Told him my husband and I can put toilet back in place but he did not say until he was all packed up that it could not be done until the pipe below was fixed. Went 2 days with toilet sitting in middle of my downstairs bathroom. Good thing we have one upstairs as well."
