Family owned and operated business that started out as a part time business specializing in deck care and restoration and has grown into a full time home service firm. We have 27 years of experience in the field and take pride in our work. Punctual, courteous, neat and attention to detail are how our clients describe us. Referrals account for nearly 50% of our business and we take that very seriously. Now serving parts of Lee county in Florida for the winter months. Our services range from general handyman to bathroom remodeling. Jobs can be priced by the project or by the hour. No job is too big or small. Consultations are always free and can be worked around your schedule. When we are hired to do work, we never use subcontractors. Our name is too important for someone to tarnish it. The owner is always on the job and doesn't just send in a "crew" to complete the work.

"Excellent. Great job; good & fair price for quality work; good communication from owner; done in and on time as quoted and within estimate. Very satisfied... I would use them again and I will suggest that my friends and relatives do also. I'm very happy."

I specialize in home repair. I am well versed in City Certificate of Occupancy and Sec8 inspections. Some other skills include repair and replacement of, sinks, drains, light fixtures, outlets, light switches, toilets, windows, floors, ceilings, door repair, and locks. I have owned my handyman company for 3 years now. I know the value of showing up on time and delivering a finished product in a timely manner. I conduct my business in an upfront and professional manner, no beating around the bush here. When discretion is desired from my clients, that is not a problem. I have a plain cargo van fully stocked with all the necessary equipment to get the job done right the first time with no flashy signs or advertisements.

"Jesse charged my elderly parents 2225 bucks to install a window unit AC into a pre-existing space in their dining room. He never wrote up an estimate, and so my parents felt cornered and coerced into paying this outlandish bill when he presented it to them. We are shocked and saddened by this entire experience."

Screen Repair questions, answered by experts

Most window screens in residential homes are designed to be removed from the inside, especially with double-hung, single-hung, and casement styles. That said, some setups require exterior removal. Older homes or custom installs may have exterior clips or brackets, and sunscreens are almost always mounted on the outside. Before removing your window screen, look at how it is held in place.

A 12-foot-by-12-foot porch is a 144-square-foot porch. It costs about $5 to $7 per square foot to add a screen. So, you’ll likely pay between $700 and $1,000 to screen in your porch, depending on the type of screen you choose. If you’re starting from scratch, building a new 12-foot-by-12-foot screened-in porch will cost about $6,400 to $18,300.

Yes, you can fix windows without replacing them. However, this will depend on the severity of the issue and what your needs are. Minor water damage, broken glass, damaged casing, and worn caulking are usually easy repairs. But if there is excessive damage, the windows are constantly foggy, or the windows are very old, it’s best to consider replacing them. Replacement windows cost between $575 and $1,475 per window, or an average of $850 per window.

On average, it cost $2,900 to rescreen a patio, porch, or sunroom, with homeowners paying anywhere from $800 to $5,200. The cost to rescreen a porch, patio, or sunroom enclosure depends on the size of the enclosure, the extent of the damage, and the materials used to replace existing screens.

If you plan to only use it occasionally, a DIY fabric screen offers a low-cost option that is simple to put up and take down as needed. It also provides a way to test out how you could continue using the extra space in the future. But if you plan to frequently spend time in the space, investing in a customized, professionally installed garage door screen offers the potential for this unlikely space to become a brand new hub for your household.
