Same day response to my call, had a tech to my house within an hour. Professional, honest, and prompt service! Highly recommend!

Service appointment was prompt and professional. I called at 9 am and Mike was at my house by 330 PM. Upon arrival, Mike diagnosed the problem in minutes and repaired the unit in less than 30 minutes. Mike was professional explaining what the problem was and more importantly, how the problem occurred. I will certainly call them in the future for all my heating and cooling needs. Katie and Mike were a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much!

The installation of our furnace, AC, gas line to stove and duct work by Total Comfort Heat and air conditioning was beyond what we expected. We have an old 1950 cottage ranch house, so installing anything is complicated. We are delighted with the hardware & installation. It was a pleasure to watch the professionals who work for Ken install our new HVAC system. They were very reasonable for the amount of work involved. Kenneth was my technician and he was awesome! He made me feel comfortable right from the start. He was kind, professional, efficient and gave me additional information about ways I could maximize my assistance with my repairs and thoroughly explained all of the work he did. He made a stressful situation much easier and made me feel at ease. I would definitely call them again!

I've used Total Comfort twice now, both times they exceeded my expectations. They are always on time, professional and friendly, and the pricing is much better than the other companies I have used, yet the quality of service is much better. Last year they replaced my AC Unit, quickly and efficiently. And this year I needed them to look at some of the old pipes that were causing problems. They always go above and beyond and they won't leave until you are completely happy. I highly recommend.

I called TC in January on a Saturday night because my high-efficiency furnace, 4 years new, was on the fritz. Called my regular HVAC company and they quoted me $33.50 for every 15 minutes of repair time. If they didn't have the part in the truck I would have to pay for the time spent for the tech to drive to and from the warehouse to get the part. Nixed that option. So my panic phone calling brought me to Total Comfort. They have what I would consider the best weekend emergency rates - it's one flat rate - very reasonable. If they didn't have the part on the truck - they have plenty of heaters they could provide until Monday to get the part. Fast forward I had them clean my furnace and do a small repair on my Aprilaire humidifier. Chad was very personable, knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely thorough. He took an abundant amount of time to educate me on things I didn't know about my furnace system. I'm glad to have found a company that provides what I would describe as good old-fashioned customer service, no hard sell, no hidden fees, very reasonable and fair - overall I was very impressed.

The three gentlemen were very professional in their work and answered every question I had. They replaced an entire heating system in just a few hours. I have hired this company in the past and would not hesitate doing so again.

went well ,took a little longer because their materials did not show up when they were supposed to so crew worked later an had me up an running before they left for the night .this was on the hottest day of the year .they came back next day an finished .everything looks good an running fine .i was a contractor for 50 years so when i say i was pleased you know they did a great job .

Excellent. On the hottest night of the year our AC died. They answered my call that evening and were in my driveway the next day by 11 am. In one hour Ken diagnosed and fixed the problem. Excellent service from the first phone call. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Total Comfort was able to squeeze me in during our sudden May 2020 heat wave. Arrived early. Face mask and sanitary slippers on before entering house. Ken had me up and running within an hour. Replaced C/A Starter motor. Did not try to upsell. Reasonable rates and was willing to discuss the unit and answer questions even though I know they were busy. Highly recommended, Total Comfort has my HVAC business now.

The technician was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. This company really cares about customer service and doing the job right. Very helpful and informative. I wish I could find a quality company that I trust like Total Comfort for our other home in Florida.
