"After calling many companies on the phone, the people at Tri-m were very personable and friendly. NO attitude what so ever. They came, analyzed the situation, and gave us a quote. They showed up when they said, removed my old filter, installed the new one. The work was professional, neat and they even cleaned up after themselves."

"I had a handyman replace my sink and vanity in the bathroom of my home. He was very reliable. He took ownership and returned to fix a leaky faucet. He took care of the issue immediately. Fantastic customer service."

"Excellent service!  Arrived as scheduled, did a very thorough job of winterizing my pool.  Stored everything away, cleaned the DE filter for next season.  Very happy with this company and will absolutely use them again!

"From the first phone call to the repair our experience was a 10 out of 10. Our usual service provider suggested to put a heater on it that they can't come when it's freezing. Jack was fabulous. Came the same day, found the issue, fixed it and my saved my hot tub from disrepair due to extreme cold weather. Saved me so much money. They are a great company. I will use them every time. Professional and caring. Bravo!"

"I have used this company on several different projects. I purchased a home that needed many things, not to mention it was filthy. Done Rite had come and performed a DEEP clean and they were meticulous. They also fixed some odds and ends like broken railing on my deck, and stairs so they were safe. I now need to get a new roof and unfortunately they dont do that, but they did refer me to sign up with Home Advisor because unlike Angies list its free, and also they told me that Home Advisor screens every contractor, again unlike Angies list. I highly recommend Done Right."

Sauna Installation questions, answered by experts

The primary difference between a steam shower and a sauna is the type of heat they produce. A sauna generates dry heat using electricity, while a steam shower creates wet heat from steam, resulting in nearly 100% humidity. A steam shower typically replaces an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and operates at a lower temperature (around 90-120°F) than a sauna, though the high humidity can make it feel just as warm. It is advisable to limit steam sessions to 20 minutes. In contrast, a sauna is a fully enclosed space that can be placed anywhere in a house and produces dry heat.

Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress. Which one is better depends on the benefits you’re looking for, your budget, and if you have space to build a sauna.

No, you should only choose high-quality wood to build your sauna. Not all types of woods can withstand the pressure from heat or moisture. Only use softwoods, such as cedar and aspen, that are known for absorbing heat and resisting water.

A home sauna may be considered a luxury item by some homebuyers, which can provide a good return on investment. However, whether it increases your home's value ultimately depends on the buyer, as some may not want to take on the extra costs and maintenance associated with heating and upkeep.

Considering the cost of tools, parts, and hiring assisted labor, building your own sauna can cost almost as much as purchasing one. It is less expensive to buy sauna kits, since they are premade and easier to set up. Still, you may need to hire a professional to assist in electric or plumbing installation.
