He called me in five minutes and came over in 20 minutes to check out my spas problem. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair, dedicated and hard working! I was so impressed that his entire handling of the ordering and installation of the new part was done so very quickly. He is very, very good at repairing spas and is a true professional. Russ called me back right away and was able to come look at the pool and give me an estimate the same day. His price was more than fair and he was very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done fast and efficiently. I will definitely be up him in the future for and of my pool and spa needs.

He called within minutes of requesting the job. He went next day and diagnosed problem. The part took 10 days. He installed the day after getting. Did not rip me off at all. The hot tub is working again!! Highly recommend. Honest, prompt, reliable.
