    Amazing service from Rome Pool and Spas! If you are looking for a team of people who are honest, knowledgeable, and hard-working look no further. We had an old liner in our inground pool that needed to be replaced, simple right? Well, once the old, faded, and wrinkled bottom liner was removed there were more issues to be found. They repaired the bottom floor to remove water and worked meticulously on getting the proper grade or incline and replaced the tracking around the entire pool. They fixed all of the mistakes that helped to make a liner and pool fail. They were working out in the 90+ degree weather from mid-morning till evening. Everyone from the owner to the crew worked together seamlessly to get our 30-year-old pool looking brand new, from the foundation and structure integrity to the beautiful liner that was put in place. Thank you Rome Pool and Spas, we are definitely satisfied with our pool. You brought many more years of happiness to this family during the summer months. Bottom line... it was done correctly and no shortcuts were taken

    Wow! We contacted Alex, the owner of Nagy Pools, asking him to replace our liner, update our chlorine system, and interface with the masons working on our pool deck at the same time. He was prompt in responding to our call, and quick in coming out to review the situation and give an estimate. His prices were very reasonable, and he was diligent in coming out to measure for the liner and arranging for installation. He also coordinated effectively with the water delivery business, saving us from having to make these arrangements ourselves. In addition to his consistently fine work, Alex was impressive in his frequent communication with us about the steps he was taking throughout the project, a quality much less evident (sadly) this day and age. His work ethic, commitment to excellence, and determination to get the job done within a reasonable time frame make him stand far above many of the other pool businesses we have worked with locally, over the 27 years we have owned our pool. We have no reservations about recommending his business, and we certainly will be working only with him for any future needs for our pool

    They were very conscientious. Our hot tub went down in this frigid weather. They sent people out in a weather not fit for anyone to save our hot tub basically from freezing. They did it and ordered the parts. They did some temporary things to it to keep it safe while all the parts came in. It is an older hot tub and it needed a couple of rather expensive parts which was in no control of theirs. They did an awesome job installing them. Their customer service couldn’t be beat

    Well let’s say installers were great helpful and friendly. Unfortunately that’s all they have going for them the office is trying for the fourth time to get me to sign an e document that I signed and submitted electrically a month ago. Service was very sub par on the hot tub we purchased. If you choose to do business with them read contract and installation guide throughly. The demand full payment for everything when the first drop of water hits the liner. At that point there is no backfill or concrete around the pool. Which will come earliest 4 to 100 weeks after no promise time frame yet they have full payment. You have zero leverage after payment is made. The day water hit my liner I had everything completed on the customer responsibilities and still had to wait 11 days for backfill when in their installation guide it says water and backfill occur simultaneously. As of today no one in the office can give me proper justification why full payment is made before project completion. Buyer beware. Pool and equipment high quality office needs serious help installers great! Modify your contract before you sign. Hope this helps! I backed concrete out of the contract because I couldn’t justify paying for something in full with no date in sight to get installed

    The service was lousy and bad. I bought a pool and it took the whole summer to actually get it up and running. The cement that they used for the deck was not good. The dive and board was connected to the cement and the cement was literally resting an inch on that. If somebody had used the dive and board, it would have broken. After they put the deck in and it dried, I could actually push my toe through parts of the deck. Just by pressing my toe onto the cement, it would go through the cement. It was bad service. I don’t remember how much I spent for this job but I know it was good. The price was reasonable. The quality of work was bad. I will not use their services again in the future

    They did a horrible job installing the pool. The cement deck was actually paper thin, not safe at all to hold the diving board! I would break through the cement when I pressed on it with my toe. The service under the warrantee is done as little as possible. They will come when I call them, but instead of replacing the filter, they glued the broken pieces together that were inside the filter and said it is fixed. Another situation, the filter is leaking sand into the pool, about 2 Tbl a day, but because they cant ?see? the sand coming into the water, they wont fix it, even though they can ?see? a pile of sand under each of the jets. The water goes into the pool much faster then a garden hose would if it was going full force. Even though there are piles of sand in the water under the jets, they cant see a grain of sand going into the pool in that fast of water, so therefore, they wont fix it. I would never do business with Tarson again
