Best insulation pros near Rexford, NY

"My husband and I chose True Building Performance because of their 5-star rating. We were very impressed with Paul’s timely responses to our calls and questions and the team’s professionalism throughout the process of insulating our attic. Paul and Joe took the time to show and explain to us exactly what the job would entail, and we trust that their work was completed in an excellent manner. It was a pleasure to interact with their team, who were punctual, respectful and considerate of our home. They demonstrated competence and congeniality when interacting with each other which we greatly appreciated. They offered a fair price for the job, and there were no surprises with additional costs. We gladly concur with the 5-star rating!"

"It was a great experience. The insulators were on time, explained everything they were going to do, answered all my questions, and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly recommend them for any insulation job."

"The service was above any beyond what we have experienced from anyone else we have hired. From the initial contact right through to the end of the project their service was outstanding. Gary, Bill, Mike and Joe were true professionals. The proposal we received was very detailed offering several options for the work we needed done to improve the ventilation and insulation in our two attics. We received daily texts letting us know their arrival time, photos of the progress and daily status updates on what was done and what was next. They took great care in covering up our furniture and floors, putting up plastic, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and their final cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. Our property looks like they were never here. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. While they were here they found a couple additional items that needed to be corrected and promptly made the repairs. We can't say enough about the outstanding work they did. They will be our first call for any future projects."

"They did a great job. They removed the old insulation, air sealed the attic, and reinsulated to an R60 for a Great price. I would definitely recommend Travis and his team."

"What an absolute DREAM! Correct Energy is an incredible company. Knowledge, professional and efficient! I contacted a few insulation companies but the proposed methods were not through. Correct Energy and especially Ray’s knowledge and experience were above and beyond. CE came out to assess and spent a generous amt of time explaining EVERYTHING. CE came when they said they would. The crew was professional and spent a few days here. They left everything immaculate. My place is old, built in the 1940’s so many challenges came up that they handled like absolute pro’s. Their work has and will continue to save so much on energy, the difference of before and after is immediate and drastic. I can’t wait for them to come back and do my basement next! I can't say enough about this company. Pros work here!!! Hire them!!! You will not be disappointed.."

"Asked for a quote on removing an old deck, replacing with a larger one. Price quoted was fair, and we accepted. We're very pleased with the final product, and the whole ordeal was hassle-free for me and my wife. Every worker involved was very professional. Communication from start to finish was excellent, and I feel the job was completed faster than we had expected. Will be using this company in the future for other projects."

"They were friendly, efficient, and prompt. I was pleased with the job they did."

"Excellent job showed up on time went over and above what was needed to be insulated."

"They were great at customer service, prompt, friendly, finished the work quicker than promised, excellent job!"

"Overall, excellent. We did encounter a few problems with the spray in wall insulation since the original sheet rock was just nailed in. A few sections bowed into the room. This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. In modifications to a home, it is not always the problems you encounter, it is how you deal with them. Advance had the problem identified with a resolution that was completed within a day. Very pro-active!"
