"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. When installing the top track, saw the track down to leave approximately 1/6 inch on each end. This will ensure your bifold door folds and unfolds smoothly without getting stuck in the frame.

Regularly lubricate moving parts, check for loose screws, and clean tracks to prevent debris buildup.

French doors that open to exterior spaces are often installed to swing inward, as this makes them more secure than outward-swinging doors, due to the interior hinges being inaccessible from the outside. For interior doors, it’s personal preference which direction to hang your doors, but it’s common to have them open into the larger of the two spaces they’re separating.
