- 518 RemodelWe have used the services of 518 Remodel on two separate occasions. Their service and work have always been outstanding. In the fall of 2017 they added 8 feet to our garage and then built and outfitted a mudroom/ laundry room for us. This was an extensive project which required construction, excavation, paving, electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete and drywall work. All this work was completed to the highest standards. We again, hired this company in March 2021, to do some attic work and to retile 2 bathrooms. Here again we were fully satisfied and impressed with the jobs that were done for us. Sal, the owner, has subcontractors commence work in a timely manner, and he always returns your call and attends to all of the customers needs. This is truly an excellent full-service construction company that performs high quality work

"The spring broke Thursday and by Monday morning he came and efficiently replaced not only the broken spring but its companion, tested and lubricated the door. He inspected and lubed all three doors and fixed a roller on a second door. He was very professional and courteous. He gave an honest answer when I asked for his opinion of the condition of the doors. He could have said they were in terrible shape and needed replacing, but he said they're in good condition and showed me how to lube the doors myself to keep them rolling smoothly.

"We use Greg and Ethan for everything we need done in our house, this most recent time was a small job, but as always they were great to work with in every way. This job entailed ripped out rotting cedar shake, and replacing it with new, which they modified to make it match the existing siding. They also removed a section of a garage door and replaced it.
