Called the office and the service manager wasn't sure if he could get to it that day.He called back a short time later and had someone available and sent them right out.They fixed the problem replaced another part they noticed was broken and lubed the door.Great service and I was back to being able to use my door.

Joe Lill answered all of my questions. He had a worker complete the measurement, left me with literature about the products he offered and patiently answered a bunch of questions about pricing, quality, features, etc over the phone. Once we committed, he has us scheduled and work completed within 3 days. No deposit necessary. He invoiced the work later. The work was quality. Impeccably done with all waste, old doors, etc hauled. Couldn't be any happier with a contractor. Price was fair. Openers offered include sensors, keypad at door and internet/remote access. No hidden fees or a la carte nonsense.

My automatic garage door spring broke and the door came crashing down. The next day at 8:10 I called Lill Overhead Doors. At 8:24 they had someone at my house and before 9:00 the garage door was repaired. When the door broke I thought my garage door was out of service for days. I had called in a vacation day at work (it was a Friday). Due to their prompt/excellent response I made it back to work just 2 hours late. It was obvious that the repairman that did the work was experienced and acted extremely professional. I cannot recommend this company enough. This company would be my first choice when reaching out regarding any garage door repair or installation. You can't go wrong with these folks! This company was recommended to my by a work peer who also had an excellent experience when her garage door needed repairs. I can't recommend this company enough.

A spring and cable were broken on one of the overhead doors in the garage, with the car in the garage. We called Lill Overhead Doors and they came within two hours. We were not at home. They performed all of the work
quickly and efficiently and returned a week later just to make certain that everything
was functioning properly. Great service and a great value.
This is the second time we have used their service. The previous time, about a year ago they repaired a different overhead door for 10% of the price quoted by their competitor ($130 compared to $1,300). That is why we called them this time and why we will continue to use their services and recommend them to others.

He also provided maintence on the other garage door so I have peace of mind that both doors will function without trouble now or next month. Professionalism from start to finish. Very responsible, responsive and easy to work with. their staff were courteous and knowledgable.

I have a somewhat contemporary home and the garage doors I saw around didn't really go with the kind of home I have. Joe showed incredible patience with my long search to find a door would look good. Mine was no big, expensive job (it was covered by insurance) but he lent me samples and even took the time to meet me at the warehouse where I could see full size examples of the door. When I was frustrated he asked me to photograph doors I saw around that might fit the bill. All this and he never may me feel like I was too particular or was wasting his time. The installation service was punctual and professional. And the door really enhances the house. I was so impressed that I wanted to write this review.

Garage door spring broke on Sunday 4/29. Luckily all our cars were out of the garage at the time because the door weighs a ton and wasn't going to open manually without a small army. So I researched a few companies on Angie's List on Sunday night and made calls first thing Monday morning (~8:00am). Got a couple estimates over the phone. LILL's was very reasonable ($150-$180). the other company quoted me $340 (Overhead Door of Clifton Park). LILL said that they could do it that day and that his repair guy would call me to let me know when we could arrange a time. Within an hour he called and said he could be there in a half an hour. I met him at home (I was at work at the time), and he replaced the spring. It took less than an hour and I was able to go back to work. He said they would mail me a bill and I could send in the payment then. Within a week I got a bill - $155, which was the low side of the phone estimate. Have had no problems with the door. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Very Prompt, Professional, and Reasonable.

It was less expensive than I thought. It wasn't any big serious problem with either of them but I was expecting to have to pay more so I was surprised. Everything was real quick. I called and they came the same day. The guy sized it up pretty quickly and did the job in about an hour. I would certainly use them again.

,I went to their office on a Monday to order the opener. The next day they came and installed it and took away the old opener.
They did not ask for any payment upfront, nor did they ask for the payment upon job completion. Instead, they billed me a few days later. All the work was done to my satifaction and the employee walked me through the operation of the new opener and the remotes.
I am totally satisfied with hteir work.

Overall, we are very pleased with this experience. We wouldn't hesitate to call htem again in the future and we feel comfortable recommending them to others.

Everything was smooth and easy with this project which I greatly appreciate. I called to get an estimate, there was someone here within a couple of days to get the measures and select door type. A few days later I had my two new doors installed and two new openers. The company provided professional advice and recommendations. Overall a great experience.

I had been advised that safety straps were required on the springs of the 31 year old garage door. The door was also becoming difficult to open, at times would not open at all. Upon recommendation from friends (and later reinforcement of that recommendation by Angie's List) I called Lill Overhead Doors. The return call came the same day (Friday 8/7/09) and an appointment was made for 8:30am on the next regular work day (Monday 8/10/09) since this was not an emergency situation. The technician called just after 8am and arrived about 15 minutes later. The work was completed very competently within 2 hours.

They were prompt. Removed old opener, and replaced new one. It works just fine.

We had a meeting with Bennett Contracting about getting new siding on the house and mentioned we'd also like to get new garage doors. At that point the person form Bennett Contracting suggested Lill Overhead Door. We called Lill, they got back to us promptly and sent someone over to give us an estimate. We priced their estimate against other companies and found them to be reasonable. Within two weeks of our initial contact we had new garage doors.
