"After 15 years of being a loyal customer, I am SHOCKED by my most recent experience. It seems like it’s not coincidental that it was my most expensive to date. Suburban would only schedule an appointment to exterminate my current insect problem after I signed a contract and paid $647. We paid, scheduled an appointment and they failed to show after we waited the full 4 hour window on a Friday. With little to no apology, they said they could only reschedule almost a week later. Unacceptable as the insects were multiplying! After speaking with a manager, he guaranteed an 8:00 am appointment on Monday (today). We have written confirmation from the manager. We texted again this morning to confirm. No technician came at 8!!!!! The manager never called back after “checking on it.” Needless to say, when I requested a refund and a call from his supervisor, I heard back from no one! It’s 3:20…crickets (no pun intended). They have no problem holding my money hostage and failing to deliver the contracted service. SHAME ON YOU, SUBURBAN! You’re not the only game in town."

"After a week of disturbed sleep worrying about a bed bug situation, I contacted Ace Bed Bug. I had been in the apt of a good friend who unknowingly had bed bugs and I got bitten! I was horrified and rushed home only to worry that I brought them back with me. I called Ace and Luis immediately picked up the phone and was at my house by 8 AM that day after hearing my anxious voice. Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. He inspected all my furniture and asked where else I would like him to look. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them. I never realized how much an exterminator needs to be a therapist in these situations ....LOL. I highly recommend Luis for his skilled experience, kindness , promptness and patience. Thank You Luis! "In June 2018, we contacted Legend Pest Control from Elizabeth NJ. The co-owners are Karina and Alcides Ramos. We chose them because my husband had met Karina at a Chamber of Commerce meeting and we wanted to support local business. Al came to the house, did an assessment, answered all my questions, suggested a plan, and gave us what sounded like a fair price. Over the next weeks, we received treatment on three separate occasions for our problem. At one point we discovered we had not prepared properly for a particular portion. We agreed that I misunderstand and Al maybe could have explained it different. The problem was corrected before the final treatment. When our treatments were finished, Al told us that we might still see some "straggler activity" but that is was normal. In December 2018, we called Al with definite live activity. He told us to "monitor" and let him know. In June 2019 we again experienced an infestation. We notified Al who said he would come by in three days. At this point we contacted two other pest control companies. We told them our story, and they explicitly said that in December 2018 the problem should have been addressed. They said there is no such thing in this instance of "straggler activity" of live bugs. They both agreed that the current level of our problem was due to the length of time the problem had gone unaddressed. We cancelled our appointment to have Al re-assess and chose to give our business to another company. We also contacted Legend Pest Control asking for a partial refund due to the significance of them giving us incorrect information and not re-assessing when we called in December 2018. We received an email back that was unprofessional, and contained incorrect facts and did not address the chief complaint of their mistake. We responded again clarifying the facts. At this point, Legend Pest Control has chosen to ignore us, not take any responsibility for a mistake they made, and refused any type of partial refund to compensate."
