Liam was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with, for a few reasons: - I asked my lawn mowing service for a quote on sod, and they wrote up one and put it in my mailbox. Liam made an appointment with me, inspected our property, took a soil sample and showed me photos of the grubs and invasive weeds he discovered, and a plan to treat the issue as part of the project. He also gave me a mini-graduate course in horticulture, which is his passion and educational background. This is a person who has forgotten more than I will ever know about grass, sod any anything that grows in the ground. 2. He showed up with his crew on time for the installation. They did a beautiful job and Liam programmed my sprinkler system to water the sod appropriately. 3. Liam also gave me written instructions on care of the sod and also ideas to handle part of our property that is weed-laden grass when next spring comes. Liamâ s price was about 10-15% higher than the quote I received from my lawn care company, and worth every penny.

They did a amazing job. Worked from 9:30-5:30. We did have rain for about an hour! Would recommend them for any work I need in the future.

Liam from Kiernan landscape construction contractors were like no other contractors I have ever dealt with he was honest, professional, kept in touch during the entire project went above and beyond my expectations. I guess I never dealt with a real contractor. The entire crew of workers were very professional and nothing but the best installation of a quality project done right.

We are so pleased with Liam and the crew who did bamboo removal and remediation. We couldnâ t ask for more dedicated hard working People who delivered what they promised. Liam explained the project so I knew what was involved. The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly to remove the bamboo and trench so the rhizomes from my neighborâ s property would be blocked. Liam oversaw the project and the crew knew expertly what needed to be done and did it. It was a professionally done project that was done on time and with absolutely no hassle for us. I would highly recommend Liam and his crew without hesitation to anyone who wants to have a bamboo project done right, on time and without hassles.

The retaining wall came out better than I expected. The owner listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that improved the overall appearance and achieved exactly what I wanted. The principal Liam Bradley operates this business as a side business weekends only. He did not complete the job on the first try and expected full payment. Job was to remove by sod cutter the entire front lawn and replace with sod add appropriate fertilizers and treatments to bring soil to proper condition, program irrigation, adjust sprinkler heads, advise on care for remainder of year and beginning of new year. He put grass killer down on Friday 9/18/20 and removed the dead grass and installed the new sod grass the very next day the 19th. Unfortunately, i had an out of town engagement and at wasn't at home to monitor the work. Mr. Bradley took it upon himself to create two flower gardens where sod should have been. Numerous plugs removed where irrigation heads were were left strewn across the lawn, one head was buried, as well as a considerable amount of rocks. I had given Mr. Bradly access to the irrigation controller as he requested. He set the program for 50 minutes/ day per zone with three days twice a day. Never advised when to reduce watering times. I reduced the time on advisement from the sod supplier but now have a mushroom fungus issue. When i called to have him remove the flower gardens, two strips 30' long by 18"wide and replace with sod he demanded more money. He said I got the sod he allocated. I told him he would not get the balance until he completed the work. He threatened to come to my home and remove the lawn. Ultimately begrudgingly he came back a week later on Saturday the 26th removed the flowers, installed the strips of sod. and replaced several patches of sod that were dying. He never operated the irrigation sprinklers after the installation as he would have found many sprinkler heads needed adjustment and one was buried. He had in his quote adjust the heads but I had enough so i hired another contractor to make the adjustments uncover the buried head and replace three defective heads. Lastly he convinced me not to add topsoil but to treat the soil with some "sweatpete" and other minerals which my new landscaper was not in agreement. I would never do business with him again and would not recommend him for any type of landscaping.
