"I own an 90-year old historic colonial high school turned into a bed & breakfast. The windows were neglected over the past 20-30 years and in serious demand of work. Modern day window contractors were not going to understand this job. It's very difficult to find a contractor that will come through on a promise and has the skill to do as they boast. The day that Grady stepped into my 90 year-old home that needed historic window restoration, he became a part of the house. He knew exactly what had to be done. More importantly, he understood my expectations. These windows needed special attention. There was a level of detail required that not any expert would be able to handle. Grady took the time to learn their needs and stayed on the job until it was to my satisfaction. He even reworked an entire window just because I didn't like the way that it looked. Grady truly showed expertise with his ability to work on such a delicate job and even taught me a few things about historic window repair. He replaced broken antique glass with one just as aged and just as historic. If a window had to be completely rebuilt beyond his solid estimate, he did it without any complications to my budget. My windows are not only restored, but they are literally brought back from the past. Any enthusiast will appreciate the lint-seed oil, putty, and antique glass that was all restored to perfection. It was a pleasure having Grady work with us. He even stayed in the house at times to make sure he was available for the job. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"We used our Choice Warranty plan to cover a repair to our furnace. I switched to Choice from American Home Shield, and while the deductible is a little more than AHS, the monthly plan cost is $30 cheaper. This is my first claim, and it was fantastic! I had issues many times with AHS with their timeliness and the ability to receive condition reports from technicians, so this first experience was a relief! First, I submitted my claim online, and while AHS would sometimes reach out, Choice connected me directly to a professional who reached out to me about my issue. Because of this, I did not waste my time explaining the issue to someone who is not a heating or A/C expert and only dealt with an expert. Next, they assigned my claim to Greg's Heat & A/C, and he contacted me directly about the problem. He listened to my issue before coming out and provided an actual time of arrival. Choice provides a window in which to be present. I usually do not like these as it will cause someone to miss some work, but since Greg called and gave a time, I did not have to miss much work at all! Greg showed up on time and repaired the issue quickly and in a professional manner! I will utilize and request him for all my futuristic issues regarding these areas of my home, even if they do not meet the claim submission guidelines! Thank you for a five-start first experience!"
