We needed to change air conditioners to fit the window. We purchased the correct one and he came over at 8am on a Holiday and installed the unit!. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
