Jim is very professional and one time with the project. We are very happy with all the work to date. We had him do concrete work, build a block wall, and install windows - doors and overhead doors.

We have used Land's Home Remedies before in our own home which is closer to their business address in Cattaraugus, NY. We are so impressed with owner Jim that we asked him to do this job some 40 miles farther away although other contractors are available there. Jim has always made suggestions that either saved us money or made the end result much more attractive or functional so; when we find a good professional to work with, we prefer to stick with him. He's worth the little bit more he costs (not the lowest estimate) and in the end probably costs less.
