Carlos Gallegos came promptly to our home to assess the job and gave us a quote the next day. He and his team did the job confidently and accurately and finished it off and polished it to look like new. And they set up a system to minimize stone dust - only light wipe-down of the kitchen was required afterward. Second - Carlos and his team replaced our range hood, a tough and tricky job to cleanly remove the old one and hook up the new hood into power and into the venting system. "I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."
