"Jorge did a fantastic job for us; I would highly recommend him for drain clearing services. We had another national franchise sewer/drain cleaning company come in first to look at our clogged mainline drain. This "reputable" franchise wanted to charge me over $13,000 to clear debris and roots from the line and install a sewer liner. I came to Angi to find other professionals for a second opinion and after speaking with Jorge had him come give me a free estimate. Before he did anything, he put out blankets and buckets to protect my property. He then opened the drain, used a camera to view the entire length of the drain, and concluded we only needed to shave out roots that were blocking the flow down the drain. Two others confirmed the same. Jorge quoted us a reasonable price. We booked him the next day. Jorge showed up on time, did the same protective prep work, and completed the agreed upon shaving of the roots. Afterwards he took more video to show us the now cleared drain. 5 star"

My only complaint was that they left the floor in work areas a bit wet. Overall great job. happy that they were able to get the job done only 1 day after I called."

"The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."

"I have to tell you that this contractor was extremely professional. I have hire may of contractors in the past and this gentleman and his crew exceeded ALL expectations. My basement had been flooding for years and we finally decided to hire someone. Let me tell you, they came in here and in ONE DAY they completed the job. He came to my house with a CREW, not with just a helper, a CREW and they bang this job out. Price was reasonable too. Before they left, they cleaned every single area that they may have gone through left my basement and the outside where they were dumping all the debris CLEAN.... They even washed it down my driveway and left everything immaculate. I’m telling you from experience there are very few contractors that will leave the job site clean. I told him I would wait to write a review because I wanted to be sure that is life time guarantee that my basement would never flood again actually worked. WELL so far so good, we have had multiple rain storms and my basement is bone dry. Even the slightest of rain would come pouring through down into my basement. And now NOTHING!! "I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."
