"We used Anton and his team for remodeling our basement and garage after we had water damage. They put up replacement pieces of sheetrock which looked amazing. "I just moved to fishkill, I dont know anyone.. Then I went on line for a contractor, and seen high tech, so figured ill give them a shot..good ratings and so on... 1) Donna is a such a wonderful person, she walked me through the problem I was having with my project. on the phone no less. she keeps the customer in a very confident and comfortable state of mind. 2) meeting Jimmy and his wonderful family was a blessing in disguise. , I felt that I knew them for 20 years. Very easy going great people. 3) know the project in hand.. For a lot of people this might of been an easy thing to do but I just couldnt get it right!. Jimmy came over with some high tech fancy leveling tools, and started to go at it. I was very impressed.. Jimmy jr , Cool kid I can tell he has a great future coming ahead. Ok so ,I needed to have my pool leveled, Long story short they came over and got the land leveled spot on , I couldn't ask for it to be done by better guys. The quality for workmanship they put in to a job , no matter what size the job they are fantastic !! I have a few more projects I need to be done I feel safe knowing them . DEFINITELY!!! Dave listens and discusses the different options and outcomes for the job. He cares and works with you to navigate to get you to what you want. Dave has really gone above and beyond for me. I also can’t say enough about the crew, they are professional, punctual, they work really well together and they keep the work site clean. Having work done in your home is not something anyone looks forward to but these guys really make it a good experience. The quality and workmanship is top notch. After my first time working with Unique I was amazed at the results. I thought to myself wow this came out great, much better than what I was expecting. "Tim explained the project details in advance and how this should alleviate basement flooding. Tim and crew, excavated to below slab on 2 sides of house per plan; repaired cracks and holes in foundation, applied waterproofing and perimeter drainage with pump. Backfilled and leveled work site and seeded grass. Crew was professional and hard working. First rainfall few days later showed everything working perfectly."

"the job was very professionally done.  There is not much to say except that I was very pleased with there work and happy that I don't have to worry every time it rains.  other contractors would have just dug a hole and put in a pump, but they covered back up the hole except for exhaust pipe which leads out of the house to underground.  It takes water a significant distance from my house.  Thanks guys.
