"It went very well.  I called and set up an appointment.  The gentleman who came, who I think was the owner, looked over our situation and took measurements.  We looked through the available options.  These were basement windows, so it isn't as if there are a million options.  He took a deposit and said he would be sending a second person to check the measurements.  Within a day or so they called and we set that up.  Within a few weeks the windows were manufactured and ready to be installed, which they did a few days later.  Everyone was very easy to deal with and very straightforward.  The windows look good and seem to have been installed well.
