He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He demo'ed and replaced a full size two car garage floor in less than a week. He carefully prepped the space and installed both mesh and rebar to make sure the new floor was strong and would last. And he installed a drain the full width of the garage to make sure rain/snow melt can't collect on the new floor. AS if that wasn't enough, he went several extra miles coordinating with two other trades to make sure the entire repair project could be completed in record time.
