Twenty minutes before his scheduled arrival he cancelled. This was a big problem as our house was going on the market the next day. He did show the next day and was very efficient, cleaned up after himself and was very professional. He quoted .75 cents a linear foot for baseboard. He knew the size of the room. However when he got here he then changed pricing and quoted a minimum of 100$, higher than .75/linear foot. Felt a bit cheated. Overall, a good experience with minor issues.

"This was a last minute "sight unseen" job (I think their original contractor cancelled) which explains the discrepancy in the baseboard charge. It is true that I had to postpone the installation until the next morning due to a family issue but they we were out of there before the first showing was scheduled and the customers were pleased with the job."

What I found refreshing is to speak directly with the person who will be doing the work. (In contrast with many big box stores where you speak to someone in the store, then someone else comes to estimate the work and then people you've never spoken to show up to do the work). Will Reed appeared respectful throughout the process and displayed good work ethic in performing the work. I am happy to recommend Will Reed & Reeds Flooring to others interested in wood flooring... our floors now look beautiful!

Mr. Reed immediately diagnosed the problem with my carpet and did the work that same day, while he was here. He explained what had to be done, as well as some possible complications that might occur. He completed the repair same day to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend him.

Will installed hardwood flooring in my living room. He called me the same day, came to provide me an estimate within 2 days, and was able to do the job the same week. It took about a day and a half to complete. He is very meticulous and professional. I love my floors! I would definitely have him back for any additional flooring needs.

Mr Reed installed a carpet in a really small room in my house. He was able to do the work within days of contacting him for a very fair price. He was on time, he worked very clean and him and his partner were very professional. I would highly recommend him and I'll defiantly plan to use his services again.

Will is flexible to accommodate the client's needs. He arrived on time and always answered or returned my calls in a timely manner. Very professional. I especially liked his suggestions regarding my concerns on finishing my older, irregular stair case.....which was completed a few weeks after the main room, at my request, to be able to paint. Will Reed did an excellent job. He noticed that during his installation of carpeting in our new duplex that there was moisture and possible wood/sheetrock damage to our exterior wall in the lower level. Any other installer would have not said anything and just finished the job without notifying us. His heads-up to the damage saved us thousands of dollars for future potential damage. thank you for your observance and helping us. I would definitely hire Will Reed again.

Bill did an excellent job patching my carpet. We moved a wall and needed to have a 3x6 oddly shaped patch put in our berber carpet. The finished product was seamless and looked like an original install. He also did a great job matching the pattern. I would hire Bill for any of my flooring needs! Thanks Bill!

Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install - For Business
Bill did a beautiful job installing new vinyl flooring in both our bathrooms. He was courteous, personable and professional. We needed the bathrooms ready in less than a week and he made it happen. We love the new floors and would definitely hire him again for our flooring needs.
