The plaster ceiling, which is difficult to work with because it is 12' high, and the walls in that same room were in awful shape and required gallons and gallons of plaster. The tin ceiling needed special care to avoid scratching when scraping off the old paint, and the plaster crown moldings around the ceilings were also difficult because they had curvy edges. Anton and crew did a wonderful job. I would hire them again."

They helped us gut renovate our kitchen including tiling the floor, replacing a door and window, new electrical wiring, new plumbing, installing a range hood, removal of a load-bearing wall and installation of a post and beam in its place. The crew were great to work with - very pleasant and best of all - highly skilled with a rare and much appreciated attention to detail and craftsmanship. There was excellent communication and consultation throughout the process. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day (which was important as we were living amidst the construction). "Sometimes you just get lucky. We got super lucky when we hired D. Rohde to fix our A/C. Our technician Mike A. showed up with a helper/trainee, explained the estimate fees and then went to work. In less than 10 minutes he was able to identify the defective part, return to the truck for a new replacement part, and then install the new item. In under 30 minutes our main central A/C was back up and running. The second (upstairs) central air unit took another 10 minutes to diagnose and then about 40 minutes of grueling work in a super-hot attic to drain out the overflow tray, cut, blow-out the drain line, and repair the drain. Once drained, the unit is again working perfectly. It is great when a technician shows up and really is an expert. Mike A. is such an expert and also extremely friendly. Brandon, the assistant/trainee was also great and someday will make a great technician using all the knowledge learned from Mike's expert tutelage. I will recommend these guys to everyone I meet."

Angelo Ruggiero was a pleasure to work with.  Not only did he have great ideas and suggestions throughout the planning process, but his color recommendation for the walls was spot on.  He also went above and beyond by acting as liaison between me and the plumbing supply store/tile supplier (thereby saving me multiple trips to each business).   He was always available by phone, text, or email and would give me daily updates on his progress.  His attention to detail and electrical knowledge proved invaluable, as during the course of the project he uncovered significant wiring problems.  Angelo advised me of the issues and then contacted a master electrician to fix the problems.  While the cost was unexpected, the urgency with which the issues were resolved was impressive. 

Addendum:  sometime after construction was complete, I developed a leak from what appeared to be the new bathroom.  I contacted Angelo on a Saturday; he came the next day, Sunday, to investigate.  He spent much of the morning at my house searching for the leak, even climbing on my roof at one point.  Turns out, the leak was from my other bathroom.  Not only did he fix the problem, but he did so at no charge. 

I unequivocally recommend Angelo Ruggiero and Radical Renovations and look forward to engaging his services in the future for the renovation of my other bathroom.
