Results of improved insulation can be felt within a day, less draft, warmer and heater kicking in less frequently. I had EMS come today to install Insofast Insulation today and they were here and gone within 4 hours. They were extremely efficient and profession the whole time here. They also wore booties and had a mask on at all times when I was around them. I would definitely recommend their service if you need any type of insulation installed!

They all came as expected, using preventive measures for COVID. Clean work (they left the place cleaner than they left it).

Our experience with EMS was great. We were provided a five day window for the work to be completed. Tom and his team showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves every single day. We had cellulose blow into our attic and garage ceiling. And foam was used around the windows and overhangs in our basement. Tom and his crew were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Tom kept us informed about everything that was happening and if anything was out of the ordinary, he thoroughly explained what happened and how they would work through it. We have noticed a huge difference in our comfort level in this home. We are no longer playing with the thermostat and jacking up the heat every hour because the home is now staying warmer longer. Overall our experience with EMS was 10/10 and we have recommended them to friends and family.

It was done professionally and on time. I was given a three day window, which they used, however, the third day was not all day. The first day was the prep day, moved stuff around, made a few holes, took lunch came back and resumed. The next day they filled in the holes with the insulation. My attic got cellulose and the basement got foam. The final day they filled my overhang. I have a rather large overhang and it was giving up and lot of air, making the area very cold in the winter. They used a long hose and put it through the window that way they didn't have to try to bring the house into my house. If i had questions, they answered them with knowledge. If they encountered anything out of the ordinary they told me. Ex. there were some old window shutters left in the crawl space!! They also cleaned up after themselves everyday. My basement was cleaner when they left then when they arrived. Tyler was great!

As part of a New York State/Orange & Rockland energy savings program, my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Energy Management Solution, the firm that did the installation. We couldn't be more pleased with everyone involved and the work that was done. They provided quality insulation in the attic, the roof slopes, dormer areas, basement, and the garage ceiling. Here are the sequence of events: 1. EMS did a preliminary walk-through. The person they sent was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and pleasant, answering all our questions. 2. Because our house is a Cape Cod with an attic and 5 dormer spaces, a second team was sent to do more detailed measurements. We were very pleased with this because it showed that EMS wanted to provide the most accurate cost estimate, which meant no added expense down the road. The second team was just as knowledgeable as well as being easy to communicate with and pleasant, again answering all our questions. 3. The actual installation took two and half days. It was a three person crew. Believe me when I say it's tiring, thankless work, and they all did a great job. They were very conscientious about being as neat and clean as possible. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were all very polite, thorough and easy to communicate with. I keep harping on communication because we ask a lot of questions and nothing is more irritating to us than dealing with emotionally driven men who become defensive the more questions you ask. Best of all, my wife and I have really noticed a significant difference with the temperature. Our house was built in 1954, and, although it had original insulation, it didn't do much. Both my wife and I couldn't be happier with the job Energy Management Solutions did. We highly recommend them.

EMS did a great job from the energy audit through project implementation. Auditor Jason was knowledgeable and and thoroughly explained recommended actions and answered questions about upgrading insulation in most cost effective manner. Tyler led his crew through 2 days of implementation being both mindful/careful of home and cleaning up after work was completed both days. I especially appreciated Tyler’s walkthrough of the approach prior to starting work and answering questions.

As planned. This is second project at second location performed for me. Crew was very professional, courteous and they cleaned up when compete. Very satisfied.

I qualified for the NYS Empower Program which provided me with insulation, weatherizing around all doors and windows, new thermostats, and light bulbs were replaced with high efficiency bulbs. Great! Happy with the work and the customer service. After starting the work, they realized that I didn't need all of it done and worked with me to alter the scope of work to best insulate my home.

This was a two day project. The Attic was sealed and prepared then the insulation was blown in. The crew was very prompt and professional.

EMS was a pleasure to deal with - whether over the phone (the office), finalizing a contract, or having the job itself completed. We had some insulation and air sealing work done to combat some high gas bills in the winter, and we are very happy with the quality of the work performed. They took great care to perform an assessment and to guide us through the process of what needed to be done and which areas to concentrate on. They also took great care to keep the work space and our house in great shape after the project was completed. I'd highly recommend them over area competitors.

the job ended up being much more involved than we originally thought and EMS made time and was very efficient about doing the extra work. the workers were very friendly and professional, and their supervisor was great about communication throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again.

Work crew (Chris, Tyler, Kurt, and Keith) arrived on time. Chris told me what would be taking place, they got right to work. They worked through lunch, worked clean did not have to go behind to do anything. Workers were very pleasant if they needed anything. Once finished Chris and I did a walk through to go over work done.

The whole experience went smoothly, from the time I called the office requesting an audit until the final cleanup. The team addressed all my concerns, did high-quality work, and made extra repairs where necessary to ensure the best possible energy results. The upgrades were completed exactly on time, in 1.5 days. Throughout the process, customer service was amazing. The EMS team was incredibly well-informed, efficient, organized and considerate. I learned a lot by talking with them and occasionally watching them work. It was truly a pleasure to do business with them. Now that colder weather has begun, I can definitely feel an improvement; the house is much more comfortable. It's too early to tell about the energy savings, though.
