"Extremely well. Although the generator was installed some time ago by Doug, a new problem arose with the central air conditioning when the electric power went out and the generator needed to run. Doug spoke with the company servicing the generator and the air conditioning to find a solution and fixed the problem. At my request, he communicated long distance with my son (an engineer), to explain what was happening, as I had little knowledge of the problem and solution.
