"I needed my gate repaired. It’s been difficult to get anyone to come and take a look, that is until Steven. He came by when I was not home and followed up with a phone call. He was very direct and honest and he was not sure he could match my gate and if he could, the cost might be too much. As we were talking, and I was explaining the issue, he came up with an idea. He said he would come back on Tuesday to see if it would work. He did come back on Tuesday as he said, applied brackets and I could not be happier. It was what was needed and hopefully it will hold up. Thank you Continental Fence and Steven for calling me back, following up, thinking outside the box, and charging a fair price.
