"I needed my gate repaired. It’s been difficult to get anyone to come and take a look, that is until Steven. He came by when I was not home and followed up with a phone call. He was very direct and honest and he was not sure he could match my gate and if he could, the cost might be too much. As we were talking, and I was explaining the issue, he came up with an idea. He said he would come back on Tuesday to see if it would work. He did come back on Tuesday as he said, applied brackets and I could not be happier. It was what was needed and hopefully it will hold up. Thank you Continental Fence and Steven for calling me back, following up, thinking outside the box, and charging a fair price. "The two men who replaced the door arrived exactly on time. They concentrated on their work, attended to details and answered all our questions. When done, they cleaned up using a vacuum cleaner, removed the old door and all other debris. The door is situated well and looks nice. A short time after the men left, Mr. Bologna, the company owner, called to ask how things had gone. A few hours later, we detected what seemed to have been some cold air coming through a spot or two in the door frame. When we called and left a message for Mr. Bologna he returned our call in about ten minutes. He said that he would come over tomorrow to repair whatever needed fixing. He have no doubt that he will do so. Overall, it was a good experience dealing with Mr. Bologna and the two installers."

"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.
