He came by to scope out the work we needed done and before we knew it we had a quote in hand and about a week later he started the work. His work ethic and craftsmanship is impressive. Projects completed for us include dimmable LED recessed lighting & ceiling fan the living room, LED recessed light at the bottom of the stairs, wired LED light fixtures in a bedroom and office, wired LED ceiling fan in the master bedroom, replaced old bathroom ventilation fan with new light/fan and wired/installed a new ventilation light/fan in another bathroom, addressed and replaced multiple burned outlets in our garage, fixed incorrect wiring and switches for the foyer light, and installed a new 20-amp circuit/outlet above our stove for a future microwave range. Josh is very knowledgable and happy to answer any and all questions we had. He's respectful of people's time, easy to get ahold of, and very courteous. I was also impressed that he came prepared with tarps to cover the areas he's working in to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after himself. We have two indoor cats and he was great about keeping the door to the garage closed so they wouldn't get out.
