Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. Others were major undertakings , such as, stripping bathroom facilities down to the studs and completely renovating each room into a palatial spectacle. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. "It was a plowing service. He collected all up front and fails to show up to plow our business where we have patients with foot issues who have trouble walking as it is without the snow. This has happed 2/3 snow falls we've already had. We had to call an emergency plow. Twice. He's horribly organized. He seems to care, but not enough to be consistent. Something is amiss. Beware using any of his services."

In two days they had removed the old sink, moved the plumbing to the adjacent wall to fit the new vanity/sink better, installed drywall where the old sink was, painted the new drywall to match the paint on the other walls in the bathroom. Installed new circuits in a bedroom, removed old water heater and installed a new one and removed and installed a new light fixture in our front foyer. They did flawless work at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone. Great general contractor. "
