The work was perfect, and the price was the same and they did not try to sell me more than I needed. I would hire them again in a minute. If you need a repair or a roof strongly recommend these guys. "Bob went straight to the point and had a pricing structure that made sense to me and was clear. 1 other contractor would bill me per worker per day plus materials and could not tell me how long it would take making it impossible for me to know what the project would cost me. Another would bill me a lump sum with no breakdown so no clarity on what I would be paying for. A cost per installed slate was right in between and transparent. Bob and team arrived on time, completed the work promptly, shared pictures of the damaged slate tiles to be replaced, installed new rubber boots around all pipes, and cleaned up the work area. It rained shortly after and there were no more leaks if the attic area where I spotted them before. So far, so good and only have good things to say. Should there be new developments regarding this project, I will make sure to update those review. As of now, I would recommend Bob and his team for this type of project."
