Bob and his crew arrived on a rainy cold day and did a great job. We don't have a garage or outside cover and they didn't cancel, instead braving the conditions to get the job done. The system looks great in our basement. You would never know it was there. We just wish the outside fan was on the side of the house, not the back. I had been told Bob and his company was "the" company to use for radon and we weren't disappointed.

Radon is a frequent problem in the neighborhood we just bought a house in. The house failed inspection for radon in the basement (by a large margin, 50 piC/L) , our realtor highly recommended this radon specialist, and we negotiated a credit from the seller in the purchase price to get the work done. He guarantees the house will pass inspection (work and parts for 3 years), and the radon exhaust system is barely noticeable as it was routed next to the chimney on the back side of our house. Multiple post-install radon measurements came in well below the limit (3 pC/L) , and the installed system has a clearly marked suction indicator so you know if it is still working correctly or if it needs servicing. Would highly recommend to anyone with similar radon issues.
