"I have to tell you that this contractor was extremely professional. I have hire may of contractors in the past and this gentleman and his crew exceeded ALL expectations. My basement had been flooding for years and we finally decided to hire someone. Let me tell you, they came in here and in ONE DAY they completed the job. He came to my house with a CREW, not with just a helper, a CREW and they bang this job out. Price was reasonable too. Before they left, they cleaned every single area that they may have gone through left my basement and the outside where they were dumping all the debris CLEAN.... They even washed it down my driveway and left everything immaculate. I’m telling you from experience there are very few contractors that will leave the job site clean. "Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

They are great!  I was away in California and my hot water heater broke and leaked all over my basement.  Steve and team were great.  I was a new customer and they came right over and stopped the issue.  They then were able to find me a new hot water heater that same day and install it.  I was still having a small issue on the following day and he came over within 20 minutes.
I never write reviews but had to in this case because the level and quality of service was exceptional.  They are totally trust worthy and helped me save money and time.
