They worked diligently to retrofit the new panel and keypad to our existing wiring/motion detectors etc. When issues arose, they clearly communicated our options and proceeded accordingly. The men were extremely patient and did a fine job. "Asked Damon to replace an old high end house wide CD based music system. We have good speakers already in the ceilings of many rooms. He replaced the amplifiers with Sonos amplifiers. Now we stream music to any combination of rooms from any streaming service we choose. Also upgrade the "women cave" with a new 65" tv, and receiver. His electrician did the necessary wiring. I would think twice about using his recommended universal remotes.: expensive and older technology...but does simplify and reduce the # of remotes. Overall, good company to work with."
