Now we stream music to any combination of rooms from any streaming service we choose. Also upgrade the "women cave" with a new 65" tv, and receiver. His electrician did the necessary wiring. I would think twice about using his recommended universal remotes.: expensive and older technology...but does simplify and reduce the # of remotes. Overall, good company to work with."

"I originally hired Navas AV to fix our home theater system. While they were here we asked if they could help with a few other things we needed to get done and they said sure! They spent most of the day here, fixing the theater system, installing our nest thermostats and doorbell, and a smart garage system. The garage system was tricky and I ended up asking if they could come back the next week to fix an issue. They promptly came back (for no charge). All the work they did was excellent and I plan to use them for other projects in the future! Highly recommend."

I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
