I’m not sure why it only gave me the option of bathroom remodel. He actually did my basement kitchen all new. It’s been a few weeks and I have had time to use the kitchen and really see how it’s turned out. Kogie was responsive from the start, direct and honest. He is to the point. My project wasn’t as easy as expected because a previous contractor had done work incorrectly. He handled everything with ease and kept us calm through the process. Nothing seemed a big deal and everything was fixable. I recognize that not many contractors want to step in and fix someone else’s mess. he reasonably priced and there were no surprises through the process. The kitchen came out beautifully and everything works great. At the end he made sure I was pleased with every last detail. The work was done quickly and he gave me time to make sure I was comfortable and happy with each step. If you want someone who is fair with cost, honest and will get the work done right then i recommend KZM.

I couldn’t be happier with the project that they just completed for us. Kogie was very good with communication and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect and actually listened to what we wanted! I have been finding that it is so hard to find a contractor that actually listens to what you want and follows through with it / actually responds to you within a reasonable time. He did all of the above and kept an open line of communication the whole way through. Beautiful work by his team who worked so hard to get everything done in a timely manner! They covered and moved all furniture, kept everything clean, took out all trash.. this was all very important to me as I have baby #2 arriving in a few weeks and a toddler at home. I am just so appreciative of him and his team!

Kogie and his crew were awesome. We highly recommend them. Kogie always tries his best to his customer. Our schedule was tight but they archived. He was the only one guy who sent his construction license photo when he sent his estimate. Thatâ s why we trusted him and we were right. The only things that we needed to be patient was to finish punch lists. It took over half year to complete but we understood. We didnâ t hired people from a huge construction company, kogie has minimum great workers. We definitely know weâ ll hire him whenever we do house projects.

I was ready to give up when I received a call from Kogie, who wasn't pushy or arrogant yet business-like, and sounded safe. He came and assessed the situation and without hesitation put me at ease with the job I was asking for, a new bathroom. Fast forward ... I love my new bathroom, especially the tile work which is not just skilled, but meticulously done! I will hire them again for the other rooms in the future. The team was very professional and I was comfortable with them in my home.

I was referred to KZM by a family member, several projects were completed by them, other than the bathroom like paint, trim, doors, construction, etc. I feel very comfortable with the team in our house. They worked around our schedule and we are respectful of our privacy. The jobs performed were not easy ones, a lot of creativity by them made it possible to complete the job. I have used KZM Contracting LLC for two different houses,they did a excellent job and work was done in a timely and professional manner. They showed up on time,worked hard. We had flooring done and two bedrooms plus two bathrooms. Thank goodness for KZM, My homes look fabulous.

KZM did two jobs in my home. The first was ceramic floor tile and glass backsplash tile in the kitchen. This job went smoothly and the result was gorgeous so I gave KZM the bathroom renovation. The owner, Kogie, walked me through the plan so I knew what to expect. He even went to the tile and plumbing shops to make sure the orders were placed correctly (and, also, get the Contractor pricing which helped my wallet). Within a couple of weeks I had a brand new bathroom...wall tiles with a mosaic, floor tiles, Kohler shower doors, tub, sink, toilet and fixtures. Gorgeous ð . Kogie and his guys, especially Vin, were on the job every day and obviously took pride in their work. They were neat and careful...top notch. By the way, Kogie suggested 5000k led ceiling hi-hats on a dimmer and I'm glad I listened...the whole room pops, I love it.

Kogie is the best!!! His team is so professional and willing to make every step of the project a worry free experience. He re designed my entire kitchen, reframed my floors, created a beautiful island which I now use for entertainment of family gatherings! New appliances installed, fixed my giants kitchen windows, installed a new front door and even put down vinyl flooring in my hallways!
