Minutes after posting, they quickly called to schedule date and time for an estimate. Reputation, availability to complete the job the next day and cost resulted in my immediately hiring them for the job. They arrived minutes early, quickly laying drop cloths fron the entrance up to the room on the 2nd floor. Within 2hrs, new sheetrock installed, and plastered replacing what had fallen due to HVAC issue. Area was cleaned up, drop cloths picked up... and floors moped. I'm already having them provide a estimate for work on my garage.

This was our fourth engagement with ZNO Home Improvement and like our three previous situations, we have nothing but the highest praise for their integrity and work quality. The most important thing in working with a contractor is trust, and with ZNO you can feel confident that they will spare no effort to ensure the job is completed to your complete satisfaction. That means quality work, cleanup at each days' end, assurance that we received exactly the vision we wanted and timely completion. This latest job was a complete gut and rebuild of our main bathroom, complete alcove tub, vanity, toilet, tiled floor and alcove and ceiling. The demo, down to the studs, was completed in 2 days. Complete new floor, walls , ceiling, plumbing, painting. Exactly on estimate, and completed a day early. As our finances allow, we will be bringing Claudio, Bryan and crew back again for future projects.

This team exceeded all of our expectations with their bathroom renovation work! From the very beginning, they were prompt and responsive, keeping communication clear and ensuring everything stayed on track. Their craftsmanship is exceptional â  they worked efficiently without compromising on the smallest details. The pricing was very fair, but what truly set them apart was their determination to get every aspect just right. They didnâ  t stop until we were completely satisfied. We initially brought them in for one bathroom, but after seeing their incredible results, we trusted them with the renovation of all four. Mr Claudio and his team were very professional and provided great service. They were careful with maintaining everything covered and cleaning up after workday. Timeline was met and price quoted was within reason. I would recommend them for painting projects as they were top notch.

Excellent work, everything done as per professionally provided written estimate, punctual, finished ahead of schedule. Crew was polite and capable, Claudio and Bryan were there at beginning and end of job and whenever supervision was required. Will definitely be using them again for future projects,

They were on time and courteous. However, they were not very precise on the detail work. Several places will need to be redone. I also found I needed to do significant cleaning after they finished.

I wish I had been given the option for MORE services because Claudio has provided so many: electrician, deck repair, drywall installation and taping, flashing on the roof for a complicated renovation. EVERYONE he has sent has been quick, expert and professional. And when Iâ  ve run into jams, needing things done absurdly quickly, heâ  s taken care of the issues. We feel extremely lucky to have found Claudioâ ¦.and are certain you will be too.

Cannot tell you how pleased we were with Claudio, Bryan and the crew's work. They were responsive and shared all details throughout the project. They removed old drywall, tile and hearth tile and panelling in living room. Installed new drywall, wonderboard above fireplace, retiled hearth and tiles above fireplace and painted new drywall. timely, efficient and perfectionist with all details. Will use again when the need arises. Great work!

Claudio & his team did amazing work on my basement renovation. They tore down old wood paneling & installed drywall & moldings. Claudio was extremely responsive through the entire process & I’d highly recommend Z&O for any work to be done at your home!
