Upon his arrival, Jorge was able to diagnose the issue with my clogged kitchen sink drain quickly and was able to snake the line and clear the clog very efficiently. "I was very nervous working in the dark for I never had to hire a plumber before and I didnâ t know who I was calling or how reputable they were, or if I was going to get ripped off, but Guy was the gentleman that contacted me and when I explained I could not locate a state water heater he searched around and called me back and found what is probably the only one in the entirety of Wetchester County! That was earlier on Wednesday afternoon and he told me he would contact me later on to arrange for installation. "I feel SO lucky that I was able to find Angela. It was really important for my husband and I to find somebody trustworthy because we had a LOT of work needed in our house. We interviewed 5 different contractors, and for each one, I asked the exact same questions about the renovations to see how their responses change. Angela was by far the most honest and knowledgeable. There are contractors who say they can do anything, but DONT BELIEVE THEM. That's when you end up in situations where budgets get out of control, and worse, you have a sub-par product. I found Angela's price to be very reasonable for the experience and work that she produces. Angela's guys (Billy / Jason / Rob) were always on time, and very respectful. They kept the area very clean. Because my husband is immune compromised, they also always wore a mask. What I liked best about Angela and her guys is that you can tell that they have had experience because they were able to provide good sound advice for the reno (ex. where I should put the shower head etc). Even though there were some additional costs that were unexpected, it was nothing that was outrageous, and Angela was always very great about being fully transparent, offering us other options (that won't need money, or a expensive vs inexpensive options) so that we felt like we had a choice. Angela really truly cares for all of her customers, she always stops in to check the work to make sure that they are up to HER standards, even if to me, it's not a big deal. She has been working at our home for the last 9 months, and I feel like she is now one of my friends because of the care she gives me and the trust I have in her. There is MORE to do at my house, and I will definitely be hiring Angela again. If you are able to get on her calendar, I highly recommend it!"

"I first hired Westbrook to remodel a bathroom for me in summer of 2019. It was a gut reno, the room was back to the studs. Dave's team was incredible, the work is absolutely beautiful. The team was easy to work with and cleaned up the site at the end of the day much better than previous contractors I worked with. Dave had great suggestions for how to make what I wanted to do work. When there were a few difficulties with the pieces I ordered, Dave worked with the bathroom supply company to resolve them. This year in October, we had a water leak in our front hall. I texted Dave in a panic at 6:30 in the morning and he walks me through what to do and had the plumber he works with in my house by 9am. (Don't text your contractor at 6:30, it's not nice, but Dave is an absolute hero). The remediation crew (NOT Westbrook) my insurance company sent to deal with removal of the water damaged material was not good. They knocked things down without asking questions. They damaged my marble floor and they destroyed a plaster arch that was original to my 1920s house. It's one thing to bring a contractor in to make an ugly part of your house pretty, but it's heartbreaking to bring in a crew to try to restore your destroyed home. Dave somehow managed to put everything to rights. There was fine carpentry work (a built in bench/radiator cover/storage piece that had been destroyed), plaster work (restoring the arch, fixing cracks in the plaster caused by water damage), and for the few things he didn't do, he knew someone (like a marble refinisher to restore the floors the remediation crew damaged). I also want to say that it's incredibly hard having someone work in your home during the pandemic but Gustavo was excellent. He followed COVID safety protocols completely. My hall looks even better than it did before the damage (and it had been newly done when the damage occurred). I honestly can't thank Westbrook enough for making this incredibly difficult process as painless as possible. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them unreservedly."

Kristian replaced our basement utility sink and faucet, repaired a leaky pipe, and replaced our outdoor spigot with a brand-new valve. He did an excellent job with everything and took the time to make sure the work was done properly. He also cleaned everything up when he was finished, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find someone who does quality work, is dependable, and charges a fair price.
