"Extremely satisfied.  Company was responsive (My initial call to them was on Xmas Day when I noticed the sewer backed up in my back yard).  They called me back immediately and  agreed to send someone to look at it the next day (after ansering some questions, we agreed it was not an emergency) - they came the next day as promised and even called prior to their arrival.  The plumber assessed the situation and took pictures to send back to Larry.  I spoke with him and agreed to have them come back on Monday when the equipment  needed to address would be available (needed an extra long hose and camera set up given the location of the cleanout cup).  Each time dealt with the company (Larry) he would call to let me know status and options.  On the day they came, Larry and his associate were at my home at the time promised.  Spent nearly 3 hours and all is well.  So although a bit pricey, well worth it given the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.  Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

"Our plumber was Edwin Stevens. This was the second time we had hired this company because they also helped us out in the fall. They did exactly what we had asked them to do. The prices were fair and the work was excellent. Mr. Stevens made special time for us because we had a pressing need. He accommodated all of our requests in a timely manner. "Jorge was amazing! Very professional and walked me through everything he did. Even showed video of pipe that was leaking in crawl space so that I got a visual as to what he was talking about. I initially hired another plumber a month ago that I had to call back a second time because after the first snaking, tub was still clogging. He came back a second time snaked again, and still nothing. The first plumber made no attempt to find another cause for clog. When Jorge got here I explained what happened with first plumber. He went straight to crawl space before deciding to snake the drain again. He came across a leak as well while down there. He saw how the pipes were laid, and could see why the first plumber didn't get to the clog. Jorge unclogged tub AND put duct tape to stop the small leak. Definitely wished I hired him first! Thank you Jorge!!"

He's got a great smile, which always is nice when you have a new person on the job. His pricing was right on the money, and we didn't feel we were overcharged. We will definitely use him again."

"I was very nervous working in the dark for I never had to hire a plumber before and I didnâ t know who I was calling or how reputable they were, or if I was going to get ripped off, but Guy was the gentleman that contacted me and when I explained I could not locate a state water heater he searched around and called me back and found what is probably the only one in the entirety of Wetchester County! That was earlier on Wednesday afternoon and he told me he would contact me later on to arrange for installation. He also arranged for the rebate and whatever â red tapeâ involved with the warranty replacement and Wednesday evening he was here in my home installing the water heater! His work was excellent! He is very personable and having had a master plumber in my family prior to this fiasco I can say without reservation that this fellow, who is a gentleman as well, knows his business and does it well!"

"I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. Jesse communicated clearly when he'd arrive and on his availabilites, and helped resolve the issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also gave me additional advice on how to manage my drainage issues in the future, and another toilet problem I had. Good guy to work with, and got the job done. Would hire again."
