"Jorge was amazing! Very professional and walked me through everything he did. Even showed video of pipe that was leaking in crawl space so that I got a visual as to what he was talking about. I initially hired another plumber a month ago that I had to call back a second time because after the first snaking, tub was still clogging. He came back a second time snaked again, and still nothing. The first plumber made no attempt to find another cause for clog. When Jorge got here I explained what happened with first plumber. He went straight to crawl space before deciding to snake the drain again. He came across a leak as well while down there. He saw how the pipes were laid, and could see why the first plumber didn't get to the clog. Jorge unclogged tub AND put duct tape to stop the small leak. Definitely wished I hired him first!
