"We were called back within an hour of requesting a quote for a dryer vent cleaning. Adrian arrived within the scheduled time frame and was professional, helpful, and thorough. He had a lot to clean, but was able to get it all and not leave a mess in the house. He also installed a critter-proof flap to the outside. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
