Great experience. Kevin performed the service and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the time he was here. I had a lot of questions and he stopped to answer them all. He explained what he was planning to do and gave us tips on keeping the system clean and efficient. Really awesome guy! The equipment is all truck mounted so he didn't have to bring anything inside besides a few basic tools, so the place was left clean. Much appreciated! I spoke with Howard over the phone to set up the service and he was very nice and didn't push me to anything I didn't want or need, but explained all the services they can do. Price was reasonable for two zones ( two furnaces: attic and basement) and dryer vent cleaning. Whole job took about 3 hours. Thank you Kevin and Howard!

Howard was very prompt in calling us back to set up an appointment for an estimate. We found him to be very knowledgeable and personable. We were able to get an appointment within a few days for them to do the work. We found them very accommodating regarding time (wanted to come at 8am on my only day off; came at 12 instead). Keith arrived promptly to do the work. We found him knowledgeable, personably and professional. He took care with his work knowing I have asthma and we have two elderly dogs. He cleaned up very well when he was finished. I would highly recommend their company and, upon their recommendation, will have them back in 3 years for another cleaning.

Kevin was the guy who came to do the job. He explained every detail and steps necessary to get job done. He was professional and I felt comfortable having him in my home. The job he did was amazing and now my ducts are duct and mold free.

Kevin the tech showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The job took about 21/2 hours. We’ve never had our ducts or dryer vent cleaned before, so we hadno frame of reference as to what to expect. Things seemed to go very well.

The technician and owner showed up on time and got right to work. They cleaned all the vents in the ceilings and walls. Howard and the technician were very friendly and helpful. After they finished the a/c vents, the technician cleaned my dryer vent. My dryer is working much more efficiently now. I just had to run around with the vacuum to clean up the a small amount of dust that had fallen from the vents.

I think they did a fine job. I know they could not do as good a job because of the fact that the ceiling plates were siliconed, but they probably did as good as can be expected. Howard did a couple of things for me which was above and beyond. First, I had asked him how the baseboard heating fins can be effectively cleaned. He recommended using a vacuum. I knew that our vacuum was not getting out the dust which is accumulated in between the fin blades. Howard told me he could use his device to blow the dust out, but it would be everywhere. I told him that I did not mind that because I was having the house cleaning service people in right after he finished his job. So he blew the dust out of two of my baseboard heating units. I was really happy with the results. The second thing he did for me which was above and beyond was in the kitchen. The ceiling near the a/c duct was stained somehow and Howard cleaned this as well.

Team came on time, start work from 2nd floor and down. The entire process was done very professionally, efficiently and customer friendly. Work took about 3 hours with clean wrap up.
